Sibbalds Brae, Bathgate

Principal masterplanner for the Sibbalds Brae site in Bathgate. Planning Permission in Principle was sought for residential development for up to 190 dwellings. The landscape led masterplan sensitively responded to the character and vernacular of the local area and sensitively integrated the development into the natural environment, incorporating existing woodlands, trees and watercourses into new parklands and open space. PPP Appeal was granted in 2020.
