Crossford, Fife

Principal masterplanner for the delivery of a detailed masterplan at a sensitive edge of settlement site in Crossford. The landscape led masterplan provides for up to 200 dwellings, set against the backdrop of a parkland setting. The proposed parkland and built development serve to soften the urban edge of the village and create a gateway which positively addresses the main route into the village.  Planning Permission in Principle was granted in 2019.
