Mid-Netherton, Castlemilk

Production of a Development Framework forming part of a submission to the Call for Sites for the emerging Glasgow City Development Plan 2. The Site included brownfield, agricultural land and a 'C' Listed farmhouse and steading. Proposals included restoration and enhancement to the listed building, landscape and open space improvements, alongside new family and affordable homes for local people, contributing to the future housing requirements and growth of the area.
