Percy Drive, Amble

Principal masterplanner for the Percy Drive site in Amble. An outline application was submitted for up to 275 dwellings, together with associated infrastructure and open space provision. The efficient and viable design which reflects the form and scale of the surrounding built form provides a sympathetic extension to Amble and provides a new gateway to the south of the town. Outline application was approved in 2017.
